Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Hourly rate of $23 with potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs
• Average monthly earnings of $500+, with top monthly earners exceeding $2000
• Opportunity to earn up to a 10% shift differential and additional differential for bilingual (Spanish-English) skills
• Hybrid or remote work schedule available, with flexibility based on business needs
• Comprehensive training program with paid pre-licensing training for candidates in select states

• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home insurance
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
• Participate in a structured training program and maintain all required state licenses
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a distraction-free home office setup
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Experience in a metric-driven, pay-for-performance sales environment
