Position: *4/20 START* Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
  • Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Work both independently and as part of a team in a customer-facing role
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
  • Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections in a sales environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a distraction-free work environment
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) skillset is advantageous
