Part-Time Virtual Concierge/Inside Sales Agent (Inbound & Outbound Calls)

We’re looking for a warm, people-oriented Virtual Concierge / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to serve as a connector of 2 types of clientele. The first is for individuals and families planning a move to or within North Carolina. This is not a real estate position, and a license is not required. You will work within our database to field inquiries and using consultative sales approach.

You’ll welcome newcomers through the relocation process by connecting them with the right professionals and resources, as well as scheduling and making follow-up phone calls until they are ready to move. Additionally, you will work in business to business sales fielding inquiries about advertising with us as well as making outbound inquiries.

When a lead requests our Moving Guide or more information about advertising, you’ll respond promptly, build rapport, and follow up with thoughtful questions to uncover their unique needs. Using our curated directory of trusted real estate agents, vendors, and service providers across North Carolina, you’ll make warm, confident introductions that help leads move forward with ease if they are planning a move and schedule follow up.

If they are looking to advertise, you will provide information and schedule follow up.

• Respond promptly to inquiries
• Follow up consistently—within 4 hours—via phone, text, or email
• Use a question framework to understand each lead’s needs, timeline, and location preferences
• Maintain accurate, timely notes and updates in the CRM
• Refer leads to appropriate real estate agents, vendors, and service providers
• Make warm introductions and ensure a smooth transition to the next point of contact
• Share helpful insights on North Carolina communities and services
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve client experience and referral success
• Provide prospective advertisers with information as necessary and book calls with the Director

• Timely follow-up within 4 hours of each new lead
• Consistent, accurate CRM updates and contact documentation
• High rate of successful lead connections and referrals
• Positive client and partner feedback
• Clear, friendly, and effective communication throughout each interaction

• English must be your primary language
• No real estate license needed—this is a relationship and referral-based role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Hub Spot, High Level, or similar CRM/email tools is helpful
• Basic knowledge of North Carolina’s cities, regions, and lifestyle amenities
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple conversations, and follow up with care
• Remote/virtual position—work from home with flexible scheduling
• Part-time to start with, approximately with a minimum of 10 hours weekly, and an opportunity for additional hours as lead volume increases
• Bonuses are paid for successful connections and completed referrals

$18 - $22 hourly
