• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory and develop key relationships for solution selling
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts to address design opportunities and existing business challenges
• Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value‑added services
• Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews and present strategic plans to enhance sales and customer service
• Promote and sell the value‑add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by the employer

• 5-7 years of field sales experience required
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
• Proven ability to articulate and execute complex strategies
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, such as  and Oracle

• Recent industry experience in the assigned market/territory
• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts
• Innovative self‑starter willing to challenge the status quo
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment
