Question Pro has a fascinating journey ahead, and we’re seeking a passionate individual to join our growing U.S. sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
In this role, you will be the first point of contact in our sales process, playing a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on prospecting organizations across the United States through cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging social media platforms, primarily Linked In.
You will receive substantial support from our marketing and sales teams and collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate and advance qualified opportunities. This role requires comfort with outbound prospecting, persistence, and the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders across multiple industries.
This position supports either our Research (RE) or Customer Experience (CX) sales team. While the solution focus varies slightly between teams, the core responsibilities, tools, compensation structure, expectations, and career path are the same.
Depending on team alignment, this role will report to either the President (Research team) or the Sales Manager of CX – USA (Customer Experience team).

Your Impact- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients across U.S. enterprise markets
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress within Hub Spot CRM
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach activity and lead generation
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate Question Pro’s value proposition
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; coursework in sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outbound outreach
- Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred), Linked In Sales Navigator, and standard sales tools
