Position: Inside Sales Representative - Industrial - Remote (Territory: Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi)

About the Inside Sales Representative – Industrial

Make an immediate, measurable impact by enabling the world’s everyday water needs. Work remotely from the US, covering Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. This role requires proactive account management, prospecting, and consultative selling to drive market penetration and accelerated sales growth of Service Contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a sales territory with a challenging, yet achievable growth target.
  • Engage clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for closure using funnel management techniques, providing quotations, cross‑selling, up‑selling, and minimizing discounting where possible.
  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with other Inside Service Sales Representatives to improve processes.
  • Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures.
  • Cross‑functional interfacing with other commercial departments to leverage the best resources to close business.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tele‑sales of products and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven ability at cross‑selling and up‑selling; demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Ability to handle technical or solution‑based customer discussions confidently.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) strongly preferred.
  • Self‑starter mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits

US Only: $30.00 – $35.00 USD per hour, eligible for bonus pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k). 13‑week onboarding and training program designed to set you up for success.
