As a key member of the sales operations team, you will work to equip our sales team with the necessary knowledge, content, and processes to execute sales strategies effectively. Your primary goal is to help make our resources and systems work for our sales team to help them achieve their sales objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and sales leadership to identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
- Ensure sales team acquires appropriate tools and systems knowledge to achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and roll out role specific sales playbooks and sales guides.
- Maintain centralized repository of sales enablement content including ensuring updates and content distribution.
- Manage content adoption and sales enablement best practices.
- Gather feedback from sales representatives in the field to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement tools to refine for continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related experience helping support large sales organizations.
- A strong understanding of the sales process, content development, and sales strategy execution.
- You can work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
- You're a multi-tasker who can manage time and projects proficiently.
- You’re a strong communicator, active listener, and negotiator.
- You can work independently but believe in teamwork.
- Ability to travel up to (25%) to meet internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to perform responsibilities both in a home office environment or while traveling.
- You can lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for sale presentations.
- Your background includes a College/University degree (preference for Business or Marketing), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
- Minimum 5 years in sales operations, sales enablement, or similar role.
- Experience creating and developing training content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.

The wage range for this role is $120K - $130K and considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions.
