This role is essential in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with the Department of Defense clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that solutions align with clients’ business goals while contributing to sales policies and targets. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams to achieve quarterly sales quotas and successes.

You will have a direct impact on driving revenue growth and expanding the organization’s market share. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility in your professional environment.

Accountabilities
  • Coordinates and owns account plans for strategic commercial accounts.
  • Identifies customer requirements and aligns them with organizational capabilities.
  • Builds professional relationships with clients at the executive level.
  • Engages with partners to improve win rates on specific deals.
  • Develops and executes strategies to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Leads contract negotiations with clients for profitable agreements.
  • Monitors sales performance metrics and implements improvements.
  • Conducts business reviews with clients to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in account management or related fields.
  • Experience selling to the Department of Defense is preferred.
  • Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
