• Achieve or exceed sales objectives for assigned territory
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers to enhance product distribution
• Collaborate with distributor management to create effective sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct training sessions for distributor personnel on product and sales techniques
• Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry events

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, preferably within the industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to cultivate long-term business relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays and some weekends
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and mapping software

• Experience in the landscape equipment industry
• Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management
• Experience with sales training and development
• Familiarity with trade show representation and marketing strategies
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
