- Evaluate risk and confidently guide clients through the sales process

- Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
- Maintain all required state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary
- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in insurance, retail, or banking
- Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections in a sales environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- Strong independent working skills while also being a team player
- High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in inbound sales
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment
