- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the employer’s Enterprise Suite products
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C‑Suite executives
- Conduct product presentations and solution workshops tailored to customer needs
- Lead negotiations and closing of complex, high‑value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise software sales with a proven record of meeting sales quotas
- Experience working with C‑Suite executives to secure large strategic enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to large, multi‑stakeholder organizations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence at the executive level and build strategic relationships
- Results‑driven with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed
