What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the employer’s Enterprise Suite products
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C‑Suite executives
  • Conduct product presentations and solution workshops tailored to customer needs
  • Lead negotiations and closing of complex, high‑value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise software sales with a proven record of meeting sales quotas
  • Experience working with C‑Suite executives to secure large strategic enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to large, multi‑stakeholder organizations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence at the executive level and build strategic relationships
  • Results‑driven with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed
