We’re Hiring:
Commercial Cleaning Business Development Representative
Compensation path:
- Commission with Residuals – Earn one time 60%, 65% or 70% commission of the first month’s contract value and 3% residual of the monthly contract value for the life of the client. Bonuses are available based on performance and client retention.

EVS PRO is a fast‑growing commercial cleaning company known for outstanding service and long‑term client retention. We’re expanding and need a business development representative who can both grow our customer base and ensure our clients feel supported, heard, and valued every step of the way.
What You’ll DoNew Business Development
- Prospect and secure new B2B clients across different industries (industrial, medical, office, administrative, financial, etc.)
- Conduct discovery calls, walk‑throughs, and create presentations to close service contracts.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Assist with the creation and development of marketing materials.
Ongoing Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular check‑ins and service reviews to ensure satisfaction.
- Address concerns proactively and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and grow account value.
- Track contract renewals and ensure high retention rates through exceptional support.
- Proven B2B sales experience (commercial cleaning or facility services preferred).
- Strong communication, follow‑through, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a passion for customer care.
- Ability to self‑manage and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in the field.
