• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
• Maintain all state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers as necessary
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve sales goals

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a strong ability to negotiate and overcome objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds; distraction-free home office environment is essential

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role within the insurance industry
