Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently
• Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

• A minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
• Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a distraction-free workspace
• Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in sales
