What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home insurance
- Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
- Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
- Work independently while also collaborating with the team to meet sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with a comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
- Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free environment for a customer-facing role
- High-speed broadband cable internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements
- Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Inbound sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
