The Regional Market Manager owns and grows market presence by leading Manufacturer’s Representative relationships. This role drives revenue, pipeline growth, and market share through strategic partnerships and performance management. The manager trains reps on products and sales strategies, ensures CRM adoption for business visibility, and forecasts new opportunities. They collaborate with business development to target key accounts and support reps in closing high-impact deals, acting as the driving force behind success in a dynamic, results-focused environment.

Compensation
:
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000 CAD. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
