• Meet or exceed assigned yearly sales goals through consultative selling and negotiation
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of digital and print products to effectively support customers
• Develop and manage account records in the CRM system, documenting communications and opportunities
• Conduct in‑person and virtual orientation sessions for key customers at the beginning of each semester
• Monitor territory expenses and ensure compliance with budget forecasts while completing special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of consultative selling experience, preferably in the higher education or publishing sector
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude
• Highly developed verbal, written, and phone‑based communication skills
• Experience conducting effective webinars and product demonstrations using various technologies

• Experience selling digital and online products to higher education customers
• Familiarity with the nursing and health professions publishing business
• Strong organization skills and a detail‑oriented approach to task management
• Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time, primarily by car
