This is a full-time hybrid role located in Draper, UT, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and creating opportunities to drive sales growth. Daily tasks include outbound calls, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with the sales and business development team to strategize on new approaches for market penetration.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and connect with potential customers
• Strong skills in Communication and Sales with the ability to build relationships and convey value effectively
• Experience in Business Development, with a focus on driving opportunities and achieving growth targets
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
• Highly motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
