Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role based in Princeton, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will focus on generating and managing sales opportunities for IT services, particularly Managed Services and SAP solutions. Core responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensuring exceptional service delivery for clients.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Managed Services and SAP solution sales, including consultative selling and providing tailored solutions to clients.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, negotiate agreements, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including building trust, networking, and identifying client needs for long‑term partnerships.
- General understanding of IT services, including JD Edwards, Hyperion, and Microsoft technologies, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and a professional demeanor with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed while maintaining the flexibility to work remotely when applicable.
This is a hybrid role , requiring occasional in‑person presence at the New Jersey office, client meetings, or industry events.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through digital platforms, outreach, and marketing campaigns
- Support and execute marketing initiatives (email, social media, webinars, events)
- Engage with prospective customers and follow up on inquiries
- Assist with product and solution demonstrations
- Maintain and track leads and opportunities in the CRM system
- Support sales activities related to IT services, solutions, and products
- Attend networking events, business meetings, and webinars as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and IT services
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn customer engagement and sales processes
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn
- Must be based in New Jersey, USA
- Internship or academic exposure to business development, sales, marketing, or IT
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
