Win the "why" sale. You will introduce CEOs to a marketing and sales playbook they have never considered, move them from curious to committed, and close six million dollars in new revenue each year.
What you will do- Keep your own pipeline full through disciplined outbound prospecting (75% self‑sourced).
- Hold 15-20 deep discovery calls each week, challenge assumptions, and quantify business impact.
- Guide prospects through a two-to-three call cycle and close at least 10 new clients per quarter at an average contract value of $200K.
- Record every conversation and next step in Hub Spot with precision.
- A consistent history of meeting or exceeding a six‑figure quota selling complex B2B services to owners and C‑suite leaders.
- Proven 50% discovery‑to‑opportunity conversion and 30% close rate on deals of $150K or more.
- Mastery of a structured consultative framework such as Baseline Selling or Sandler – no shortcuts.
- Fluency in digital marketing fundamentals: content strategy, SEO, automation, paid media, AI.
- Relentless prospecting skills using tools like Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Hub Spot.
- Comfort running video‑first sales cycles and using 1‑to‑1 video and content as deal accelerators.
- Base salary: $80 – $90K
- Variable at plan: $80 000
- On‑target earnings: $150 – $165K
- Top performers routinely clear $175K
