What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead an overlay sales team to drive channel revenue growth by acquiring new customers within existing firms
  • Achieve new sales quotas and drive online revenue growth while enhancing customer experience
  • Participate in recruitment efforts and ensure all territories are fully staffed
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to Senior Sales Executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales attainment and revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
  • 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
  • Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
