Regional Sales Manager; Automotive SAAS

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Regional Sales Manager to help take Drive Buy to market and fuel our next phase of growth. This is a true hunter role for someone who knows automotive SaaS, understands dealership operations, and thrives in a fast-moving, disruptive environment.

If you’ve sold technology into dealerships and know how to open doors, build pipelines, and close complex deals — this role is for you.

• Own and grow the Drive Buy footprint in the Houston and surrounding regional market
• Prospect, demo, and close dealership groups and independent dealers
• Educate dealers on private-party acquisition strategies and Drive Buy’s competitive advantage
• Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and used car directors
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to provide market feedback
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

• Minimum 3 years of automotive SaaS sales experience (required)
• Proven success selling technology solutions to auto dealers or dealer groups
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, especially used vehicle acquisition
• Self-starter mentality with strong time management and pipeline discipline
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working fully remote with regional travel as needed
