Position: Senior Business Developer - DACH&Nordics (Remote/Europe)
Location: Netherlands

Role

Mission

We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Business Developer who will actively drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across Germany, Switzerland and Northern Europe. This is a hands‑on commercial role for someone who thrives on building markets, closing deals and expanding regional presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify and close new enterprise and institutional clients
  • Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline
  • Conduct outbound business development and lead generation activities
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements
  • Develop regional partner and distributor relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
  • Provide structured feedback from market and clients to leadership
Required Profile
  • 5+ years proven success in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter profile)
  • Experience selling complex or consultative solutions
  • Comfortable managing full sales cycle independently
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent English required (German, Dutch and French is +)
  • German or any Nordic language is a strong advantage
  • Existing professional network in target region is highly preferred
