At True Rx Health Strategists
, our Key Account Managers serve as trusted Health Strategists and relationship owners for our most important clients and partners. In this role, you will build long‑term, strategic relationships, ensure exceptional client experience, and drive growth by aligning client goals with thoughtful, customized solutions. This role owns the client experience throughout the full lifecycle, working cross‑functionally to understand client needs, propose solutions, and ensure delivery of agreed‑upon services. The Key Account Manager acts as a primary liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and drive value.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a client‑facing owner of the client experience for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients and partners to ensure delivery of the True Rx Experience.
  • Lead and manage all client and partner interactions, including email, phone, video, and in‑person meetings as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client and partner needs, goals, and requirements.
  • Proactively recommend strategies and solutions that align with client objectives and support long‑term success.
  • Act as a communication liaison between clients, partners, and internal cross‑functional teams.
  • Address and resolve client and partner issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Mentor and provide direction to Account Strategists supporting shared clients and partners.
  • Leverage client and partner relationships to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present standardized reporting to internal and external stakeholders using key account performance metrics.
What You Bring:

Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing business‑critical client relationships in an account management or similar client‑facing role.
Education Experience / Knowledge
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including the Microsoft 365 suite; CRM experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client‑facing activities and outreach strategy.
