Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within customer organizations
  • Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in educational publishing or related industry
  • Familiarity with Sales Force/CRM technology and telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments
