Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director based in USA, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Director will lead and oversee sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing business development initiatives, managing and mentoring a sales team, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service to foster long‑term client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations to develop and execute successful strategies.
  • Proven skills in Customer Service to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead teams in achieving sales goals and fostering collaboration.
  • Expertise in Business Development to identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the recreational water sports and boating industry or hot tubs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
