About the job:Are you a proven banking technology sales professional looking to make a significant impact on a growing Fin Tech company? Veri Park is seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager to accelerate our expansion into the North American market - Canada. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of Veri Park in the Canada by generating new sales and building lasting relationships with banks, credit unions and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Achieve assigned targets by selling Veri Park’s Banking CRM, Digital Channels, Branch automation, and Loan Origination solutions and SI services to financial institutions.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales strategies and product positioning to market needs.
- Identify and engage with key decision‑makers in target financial institutions.
- Apply Challenger Sale principles and adhere to the Veri Park sales process, incorporating MEDDICC methodology to ensure structured qualification, pipeline discipline, and predictable outcomes.
- Expertly communicate the value proposition of Veri Park’s solutions vis‑à‑vis market needs and competitors’ offerings.
- Manage the sales process end-to-end, from early-stage lead generation efforts, through evaluation and selection phases to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with pre-sales / proposal teams to deliver sales presentations, demonstrations and proposals tailored to prospects’ needs.
- Engage with Microsoft sellers, technology specialists and industry teams to coordinate joint deal pursuits.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Maintain pipeline data in Veri Park’s CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and opportunity updates to leadership.
- Participate in marketing activities, industry events and trade shows, handling conversations and delivering presentations during sponsored events.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in complex B2B technology sales and/or pre-sales.
- At least 4 years of experience solution selling/ software applications and/or systems integration services to mid-size banks and/or large credit unions (preferably related to CRM, loan origination, branch solutions or digital banking applications).
- Ability to be clear, concise, and convincing in written and oral communication.
- Capable of influencing at all organizational levels and across various stakeholder functions.
- Proven experience in navigating complex buying cycles and creatively structuring mutually beneficial deals.
- Comfortable working with details related to finance, legal, product functionality and technology.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives when facing challenging business problems.
- Open to frequent travel within North America and worldwide
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent.
