- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations
- Monitor customer activity and requirements to ensure continuous value creation
- Execute strategies to expand customer base and portfolio within defined geographic locations
- Facilitate relationships between customers and internal departments to create value
- Manage bids, tenders, and contract negotiations, identifying new sales opportunities
- Diploma/certificate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- ability to prepare and present customer proposals effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 3 years or more
- Ability to travel for business up to 25%
- Valid, full Canadian Driver’s Licence in good standing
- Sales experience in a relevant field
- Experience in the swine and technical industry
- Strong sales communication skills
