About the RoleWe’re hiring a Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound pipeline generation for net‑new enterprise and strategic accounts and drive impact across our Enterprise sales organization.
You’ll work closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives and EMEA sales leadership to engage complex buyer personas, generate qualified opportunities, and help scale our outbound motion.
What You’ll DoOwn strategic outbound prospecting into net‑new enterprise and strategic accounts through cold calling, email, and Linked In outreach
Partner closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and territory strategy
Qualify prospects through consultative discovery and track activity and pipeline in CRM and sales engagement tools
1–2+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role or highly process‑oriented environment
Fluency in German
, with the ability to prospect and communicate confidently with German‑speaking stakeholdersExperience with complex, consultative sales cycles and outbound prospecting into new accounts
Strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and alignment with our values
Experience selling into enterprise or strategic accounts within B2B SaaS or technical products
