Job OverviewAs an Account Manager
, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored cloud solutions, and act as their advocate within the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
- Creating New Opportunity: Hunting new accounts to meet specified sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all cloud service needs. - Solution Development
:
Understand client requirements and recommend cloud services and solutions to meet their business objectives. - Account Growth
:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts. - Retention and Renewal
:
Ensure client satisfaction and lead contract renewal discussions, minimizing churn. - Collaboration
:
Work with teams (sales, technical, support, partners, and principals) to address client needs and ensure successful solution delivery. - Market Insights
:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. - Reporting
:
Track account performance and provide regular updates to management on client activity, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities.
- Maximum 30 Years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- 3+ years of sales experience in related field targeting IT and technology sectors, with trackable sales records.
- A strong understanding of cloud services and technology would be preferred but not required.
- Experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Conversational level proficiency in English is a plus.
