Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employer Benefits Sales (B2B) Professional. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with business clients, and presenting innovative wellness benefit solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include contacting potential clients, assessing their existing benefit structure, proposing tailored wellness plans, and maintaining long-term client partnerships. While the position is based in Scottsdale, fully-remote work arrangement is available.

Qualifications
  • Sales Expertise:
    Proven skills in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Strong oral and written communication abilities, including presenting and negotiating with business stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Familiarity with employer benefits, wellness programs, or employee engagement is a plus.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong ability to assess client needs, analyze potential tax savings, and propose customized solutions.
  • Self-Motivation:
    Capable of working independently, managing tasks, and achieving sales targets in a hybrid work environment.
  • Background in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required. If you have achieved sales results in the past, this opportunity is for you, with No income ceiling!
