Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role located in the Greater Chattanooga area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Chief Project Sales Officer will lead sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, manage and train the sales team, and oversee client relationships with distributors, clinics, and medical professionals. This role includes identifying new opportunities, ensuring operational excellence in sales processes, and maintaining alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and driving measurable growth
  • Strong skills in Sales Operations and process optimization
  • Experience in Training and Team Management to build and guide high‑performing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Background in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
