Sales Tech LLC is seeking motivated, goal‑oriented Remote Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want flexible remote work, performance‑based earnings, and a clear path for advancement in the sales industry.

In this role, you will engage with warm inbound leads via Facebook direct messaging — no cold calling required. We provide structured onboarding, scripts, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

• Initiate and manage conversations with warm leads through Facebook direct messaging
• Qualify prospects using provided criteria and schedule calls for the sales team
• Track conversations, follow‑ups, and appointments accurately
• Meet weekly activity and booking targets
• Participate in team meetings and contribute feedback to improve workflows

• Commission‑based compensation (1099 contractor role)
• $100 for each booked and attended sales call
• 10% commission on deals closed by the sales team
• One‑on‑one onboarding and weekly coaching
• Advancement opportunities into roles such as Closer or Sales Manager
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling

• Must be based in the United States
• Authorized to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Comfortable using Facebook for professional communication
• Sales or appointment‑setting experience is preferred, but not required

This is a commission‑only independent contractor role and does not include a base salary. Earnings vary based on performance, consistency, and activity level. Income is not guaranteed and differs between contractors.
