Position: Sales Executive (Remote)

Try and Review is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and provide support in nurturing and expanding relationships with our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning the ropes of account management, eager to contribute to client satisfaction, and ready to grow with the company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in account management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the company directors in maintaining and strengthening relationships with current and past clients
  • Help in preparing for client meetings and follow up on action items
  • Learn to understand key customer needs and requirements to provide relevant solutions
  • Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for existing clients
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to generating new sales leads
  • Maintain Hub Spot up-to-date records for assigned contacts and companies, keeping the latest data into the system
  • Assist in the maintenance of rate cards, presentation decks, and preparation of case studies
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and delivery of products and services
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner
  • Participate in competition monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years of previous experience as Sales Executive
  • Previous experience with B2B CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce or Equivalent
  • Experience with FMCG industry is a PLUS
  • Experience in project management and coordination
  • Understanding of marketing and sales principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
