Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager based in the Greenville‑Spartanburg‑Anderson, South Carolina area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating leads to expand business opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and meeting customer needs, addressing inquiries with excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Communication
  • Ability to identify and act on Lead Generation opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the petroleum or wholesale industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is an advantage
