Our Home Lending Executive thrive on creating long‑lasting relationships as well as proactively creating new relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence and advocacy in every interaction.
We are:You’ll be joining our Branch or Mobile Lending Team
. We’re always on the go, remotely working and meeting our customers at a time and place that is convenient to them. Using industry‑leading technology, our team provides customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.
- Looking for a relationship based exciting opportunity to build your own brand in the community.
- You’ll be required to travel frequently to meet your customers and put your solid understanding of our products, processes and policies to good use by proactively identifying your customers’ financial needs.
- You’ll have a strong presence in the local community, building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong and active referral partner network.
- As a mobile banker, you’ll be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and checks are complete.
- The service you provide will be exceptional, giving you the confidence to ask for external referrals from your existing satisfied customers.

Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lending (preferably in your current role) and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships.
- Established networks within the community.
- An ability to identify and anticipate customers’ financial needs.
- The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions.
