• Four-year college degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of ophthalmology sales experience
• High level of technical and clinical product knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Proven account management experience in the medical technology field
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Familiarity with surgical environments and operating room protocols
• Ability to develop synergy opportunities across different business units
• Previous experience in training and development of team members
