This full-time hybrid role, based in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point area, offers flexibility for some remote work. As a New Home Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include guiding potential buyers through the home-buying process, showcasing properties, and providing exceptional service to achieve customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals, maintain a strong understanding of NHC’s offerings, and contribute to building lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients and build relationships
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service expertise
- Ability to explain housing features and processes clearly
- Knowledge of the real estate market, homebuilding, or an eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, scheduling software, and general computer applications
- Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to adapt to a hybrid working model
- A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one is preferred
