Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Fully Remote

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to R50 000 per month (depending on experience)

Bonus: R10 000 – R25 000 per month based on KPI achievement

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing Sales-as-a-Service outsourcing environment supporting international software and technology clients.

This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and building strong early-stage client relationships. You will work closely with Account Executives to generate qualified opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers
  • Perform discovery conversations to understand business needs
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities for the closing team
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous sales process improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales Development, SDR, or outbound sales role
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments preferred
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
