Yellowpop is a global leader in custom LED neon signs, working with businesses and brands worldwide to transform their spaces with vibrant, high-quality neon designs. As we expand our reach in the U.S. market, we’re looking for a dynamic Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming inquiries and turn them into successful deals.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Engage with inbound B2B leads via email and phone, understanding their project needs and guiding them through the sales process.

✅ Qualify prospects to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.

✅ Collaborate with our design studio to create mockups and visual proposals that match client expectations.

✅ Prepare and send quotes, ensuring clear communication on pricing, materials, and timelines.

✅ Negotiate and close deals, helping businesses bring their custom LED neon vision to life.

✅ Manage and track leads using Hub Spot CRM , ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline organization.

✅ Provide excellent customer service by maintaining relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to order completion.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Fluent in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with U.S. clients.

🔹 B2B sales experience – at least 2 years in a sales or account management role handling business clients.

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills – ability to build relationships and close deals.

🔹 Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred) – understanding of pipeline management and follow-ups.

🔹 A proactive and organized approach – ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.

🔹 A sales-driven mindset – comfortable working towards revenue targets and commission-based earnings.
