Sales & Business Development Representative

You will drive top‑line growth by building referral relationships across the Low country. This high‑visibility role requires professionalism, consistency, and ethics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a structured business development plan (daily/weekly activity targets)
  • Develop referral relationships with:
    • Insurance agents and adjusters
    • Property managers and facility contacts
    • Plumbers, HVAC, roofers, GCs, and other trade partners
  • Represent the company at local networking events and industry associations
  • Track outreach, referrals, and conversion metrics (CRM/weekly reporting)
  • Coordinate handoffs with operations/production to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in business development/sales (restoration/insurance/construction/property services is a major plus)
  • Strong communication, follow‑up discipline, and professional presence
  • Local Charleston‑area familiarity and relationships preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Willing to complete a background check upon a conditional offer
  • Ability to travel locally for relationship‑building
  • Base salary: $45,000–$65,000/year (based on experience)
  • 4–6% commission on closed business; typical total earnings $45,000–$105,000 OTE
  • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (role‑dependent)
  • PTO/holidays and healthcare options (details confirmed during hiring)
  • Brand training and sales enablement support
