Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage activity in review meetings with management
• Gain leads for Territory Managers through cold calling and sell consumables and accessories to clients
• Increase market share for accessories, consumables, and software solutions
• Act as a liaison between customers and support, resolving concerns and ensuring follow‑up for resolution

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3‑5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills

• Experience in account management and client‑focused solution delivery
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and manage competing priorities
