Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Sell consumables, accessories, and software solutions to both existing and new customers
• Maintain accurate records of all call activity in
• Respond to customer concerns, providing resolutions and escalating issues as needed

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills with a consistent track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence individuals at all levels
• Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
• Strong listening skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
