The RoleOutbound Outreach:
Call established leads and warm inquiries to transfer interested prospects to the sales team or set appointments.
Lead Management:
Qualify prospects and transition promising leads to our sales agents.
CRM Maintenance:
Accurately update client records and track follow-ups in our system.
Customer Support:
Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.
A Natural Communicator:
You’re comfortable spending the day on the phone and have a "never-met-a-stranger" attitude.
Self-Motivated:
You can work independently and stay organized without constant supervision.
Tech-Savvy:
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
