What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and manage relationships with financial advisors through in‑person meetings and virtual interactions
Support the External Wholesaler in creating and implementing strategic sales plans for the territory
Educate financial advisors on investment solutions, providing market insights and asset allocation guidance
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships to drive territory growth
Maintain and optimize CRM data and sales tracking systems for proactive engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must reside in the Southern California territory and be able to travel as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management sales or as a Financial Advisor
Required FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
