• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the needs of existing clients
• Manage sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and report on sales activity
• Generate leads through cold calling and sell consumables and accessories
• Maintain accurate records of all call activity in
• Act as a liaison between customers and support teams to resolve concerns

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple projects effectively

• Experience in account management and delivering client-focused solutions
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in handling customer concerns and escalations
