Technical Sales Representative (Hybrid Inside/Outside)

Calzone Case Company requires a high-mobility closer to dominate the New England territory. You will balance high-volume inside lead management with strategic face-to-face consultations. Your objective is to embed Calzone Case into the supply chains of across the Northeast.
The StandardThis is not a "work from home" role. This is a "work from where the customer is" role. You are expected to be in the field 2 days per week, conducting site visits, performing equipment audits, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Own the New England region. Identify high-value targets in the industries we service.
- Travel to client facilities to inspect equipment, take precision measurements, and present custom protection solutions on-site.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from cold outreach and inbound lead qualification to in-person presentations and final contract execution.
- Attend regional trade shows and industry events to position Calzone Case as the premier solution for mission-critical transport.
- Deliver weekly territory reports detailing pipeline growth, site visit outcomes, and competitor activity.
- 3+ years in industrial or technical sales. Proven track record of managing a multi-state territory.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Ability to travel 40-60% of the time within New England.
- Ability to use measuring tools and interpret technical drawings. You must understand the "why" behind foam densities and case specs.
- You will operate with minimal supervision. You must be a self-starter who views a calendar full of meetings as the only acceptable baseline.

This is an inside and outside sales position, office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
