• Handle 40–50+ inbound calls per day from policyholders and potential clients.
• Provide support with billing, claims, policy changes, and product questions.
• Use consultative sales techniques to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet or exceed performance goals in quality, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.

• Active Life & Health Insurance License in one of the following states:
  • MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX (Applicants without a license or outside these states will not be considered)
• 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• High‑speed internet and a landline or VoIP phone (no mobile phones or hotspots).
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Must reside in an eligible state (excluding Dallas, Euless, or San Antonio).
