• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Gain leads for Territory Managers by cold calling EMS customers
• Maintain accurate records of all call activity in
• Build relationships with customers and respond to their concerns effectively

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue quotas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Experience in account management and client-focused solution delivery
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Familiarity with  or similar CRM tools
