• Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and the unique needs of existing clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
• Manage and report on activity during review meetings with management
• Build rapport and relationships with territory sales managers and customers through professional service
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues by directing them to the appropriate resource

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales and revenue quotas
• Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Ability to manage competing priorities and pay strict attention to details

• Experience in account management and effective communication with individuals at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and possess excellent presentation skills
• Strong listening ability and communication skills, both verbal and written
